In treatment, I use a solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approach. As a psychotherapist with over 17 years experience, I treat individuals, couples, and families. I also treat depression and anxiety disorders as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. As a nationally registered Art Therapist, I treat trauma-related disorders. I work with individuals, families and couples. I'm available to help clients who reside in NY, CA and the state of WA.
Solution- Focused therapy is a direct approach where the therapist and client work together towards goal-oriented techniques to facilitate onward momentum towards change. Cognitive Behavioral therapy is used to uncover false self-beliefs, which helps to empower new ways of thinking and behaving. I work remotely at this time via telehealth only.
