Do you suffer from symptoms of sadness, depression so feel you need help? Do you suffer from worry, nervousness, eating and sleep issues? I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques to help clients going through Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Do you suffer from infertility issues and how that is impacting you emotionally and physically as a result? I provide support through the process and recovering from the impact of fertility issues and ways it impacts each person and their relationship.
Do you wonder if you have Autism or ADD/HD as an adult? Do you feel these challenges may be affecting your job, relationships and focus? I help to evaluate adults during this process and teach strategies to manage daily tasks and relationship issues.
I have office hours in the evenings and on Saturday. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy. My office has is located conveniently in Northridge and close to the 405 and 118 freeways.
