My role as a bilingual therapist is to provide support and hold a safe space for you while discovering ways to cope with these challenges and develop skills to promote awareness, growth and healing in your life. During my career in the human services field for over 18 years, my passion has been to assist individuals and families cope with depression, anxiety, stress, mood challenges, acculturation and adjustment as a result of migration, and trauma.
In my practice, I operate from a strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally competent and sensitive approach. My work blends cognitive/behavioral, psycho-dynamic, and trauma focused therapy, along with mindfulness practices. My commitment is to work with you in addressing your concerns, start healing and establish hope for the future.
