I became particularly interested in the spiritual and existential aspects of integrative approaches after serving many clients with grief work and having conversations about spirituality and death. So, I studied to become a death doula, also known as an end-of-life doula or death midwife, out of a desire to not only educate myself further but be able to better serve and serve and support individuals and families during one of life's most profound experiences. After the world collapsed into a pandemic, I've noticed an increase in clients wanting to talk more about the concept of death and mortality.

My goal is to be a warm and encouraging presence as you share your struggles and daily challenges, identify your strengths and areas of growth, and pave a way forward towards achieving your goals. My intent is to assist you in the incredible process of healing and empowerment. I firmly believe that you already have everything you need within yourself to heal and find the answers you are seeking. I am honored to support you in accessing this part of yourself so that you may move beyond your current perceived limitations.

We are a practice group of licensed psychologists that provide mental health services in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. We provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy, for ages 4 years old and up.

Chris Gorski, B.S., M.A., PCA, YT, MT is a seasoned therapist with nearly 30 years of experience in the Counseling and Wellness field. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, and a CACREP-accredited Master of Arts from the University of the Cumberlands. Registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, Chris specializes in couples' therapy, helping partners navigate their relationships with compassion and understanding.

I am a person-centered counselor and I work with clients around increasing self-awareness and self-esteem through mindfulness practices. I lean heavily on wisdom that has evolved from Eastern philosophies and contemplative traditions. I also provide psychedelic experience preparation, harm reduction, and post integration work for psychedelic curious adults. I work closely with clients to create a safe environment for exploration and the facilitation of personal growth towards desired areas of change. I have a focus on depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, and coping with societal or existential stressors.
