I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and am especially interested in helping folks build queer community. I work with individuals of all identities and support clients in crafting a meaningful life around their values. I can help draw connections between past events and current patterns. I'm here to support clients by offering compassion, curiosity, and space to talk without judgment.

Trauma is a highly complex and personal experience. Everyone's experience and definition of trauma is different. Among both professionals and clients, it is often incredibly misunderstood. It affects us across physical, social, emotional, and spiritual bounds. It compromises our ability to process sensory input and renders us incapable of communicating at times. Traumatic experiences can make us feel "small" and incompetent, incapable of managing basic tasks at times, or we may even develop intermittent or chronic pain.

Professional Counseling Group, LLC, provides counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, and families—in person and online via telehealth. The counselors at PCG are skillful and caring masters and doctoral-level professionals, trained to provide the highest level of care for people struggling with mental health and emotional problems, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and relational issues. Since I started my work as a therapist, I have been helping my clients heal from trauma, sexual addiction, and the life impacts of other problematic sexual behaviors and choices they have made that led them to feel shame, anxiety and depression. Through my training and experience working with clients I have become aware that the ways we as a society often respond to people who have suffered traumatic experiences are not always supportive to the recovery process.

I provide play therapy and counseling for children and adolescents as well as their parents and families. I also provide therapy for individual adult Clients.
