My approach is collaborative, ie, we figure out together what's going on and how best to work towards better outcomes. My patients are children, adolescents and their families, couples and adults - young and old. I have a good deal of experience with acting-out behaviors, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma-based behaviors. While some difficulties can be more skillfully dealt with, I am skeptical that life's problems can be 'resolved' forever and ever.
