I’m a licensed clinical social worker and an EMDR Certified Therapist. I offer therapy to folks who have experienced various forms of trauma, grief, shame, addiction, phobias, and stressors. A lot of people I work with have shared with me that so much has happened to them in their life, they worry no one will believe them. So, they bury their pain with substances, food, sex, adrenaline, accomplishments, busyness, exercise, diet, status, or money. They’ve tried talk therapy, and it doesn’t quite help.
