I love to work with children, families, and teachers, including Expat families and Third Culture Kids (TCK). My passion is connecting parents, teacher and students, so that all feel heard, supported and students begin to thrive. Many of my clients are overwhelmed by life and they don't know why or what to do about it. Parents and teachers both experience burnout. Getting stuck in the middle of chaos, makes it hard to find the next move. It is not possible to solve a problem without rising above it. My role is to bring you up out of the woods and help you find more effective solutions, ultimately bringing peace of mind.

Hi there and welcome! Sometimes it can be difficult to begin therapy. My desire is to be a resource and safe place for you to explore your needs. I am humbled on a daily basis by the bravery and strength of my clients. Your health and mental well-being are my highest priority as you begin this journey towards help and healing. To help this process, I offer free, 30 minute consultations. This is an opportunity for you to get to know me and decide how you would like to continue. . Parenting a young child is challenging, but it is so much more difficult when your child is oppositional, defiant, and/or aggressive. Many parents blame themselves, feel isolated, and are unsure of what to do. You can be the solution, though! Through a unique approach called Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I coach parents and guardians in developing the necessary tools for promoting a healthy relationship with their children based on mutual love and respect. In return, children feel more secure and are less interested in testing boundaries. PCIT has strong scientific support and is highly effective in person or online!

Assessments start by meeting you and talking about what sort of issues you are experiencing, which helps me determine which assessments will target the areas you are struggling with. This first meeting can occur either in person or via telehealth. The second appointment is the longest, and I will have you complete a variety of assessments, depending on what the presenting problem is. I might also have you complete some assessments at home on the computer. After the testing is completed, I will score them and write up the results into a repot. We will then meet for a final time to discuss the results and recommendations.

Offering fifteen years of clinical expertize to handle private, school, physician, and attorney referrals for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations to address academic, behavior, mood, and neurocognitive problems. Providing psycho-legal opinions within the context of family and criminal law. Common issues addressed include custody, parenting time, juvenile delinquency, criminal responsibility, aid and assist, and competency.

I will collaborate with you in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner.

I work with young people and adults who struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, burn out, feeling down, low or stuck. I also work well with parents and people going through divorce. Whether through talk therapy or EMDR, we'll work toward achieving your goals and help you feel better. Together we'll incorporate coping skills and process past trauma or difficulties to address the underlying issues that still bother you today. I can help you check to see if you have out of network insurance benefits you can use to help reimburse you for the cost of therapy.

I am currently accepting Clients through in person and teletherapy services. I typically work with people who are distressed about a relationship, family dynamics, who experience depression, anxiety, anger, stress, school or work difficulties, peer relationship concerns or have experienced a traumatic event in their lifetime.

I work with individuals of all ages but specialize in working with children, pre-teens, and teens. Currently, I am only offering sessions through telehealth and would love to work alongside you on your journey towards hope and healing. In addition to lived experience, I have worked for over 10 years with individuals with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. My goal is to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship and create a safe and accepting space where you can process your feelings and life experiences.
