Welcome! I specialize in treating anxiety-related disorders, OCD, and depression, and offer counseling for individuals and couples facing life stage changes, stuck points, and relationship challenges. My integrative approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions to create a comprehensive, effective treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to improve relationship dynamics, addressing communication, trust, and intimacy issues to build a deeper connection and foster a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.

I work non judgmentally with clients to examine/strengthen relationships.I work with individuals,couples and families to repair and rebuild relationships that are not functioning at their best.With the client,the current concern is examined then goals and steps toward change are developed.I feel a persons self esteem is often a key component to current concerns and difficulties being experienced, as such this is examined.I believe the child parent relationship is key to a child's development and self esteem. I work with the parent to create the strongest connection possible with their child.

A person's mental health and many common mental disorders are shaped by various social, economic, and physical environments operating at different stages of life. Good mental health is integral to human health and well-being. Risk factors for many common mental disorders are heavily associated with social inequalities. I don't discriminate against anyone, and I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).

I am unique in that I am cross-trained with multiple other specialties (Peds, OT, PT, SLP, Education, Psychiatry, Audiology) to have a comprehensive understanding of challenges. I am known for teaching people a 'User's Manual' for their brain; I co-create with you a manual for how your brain works, what the challenges are, how they impact you, and known tricks to circumvent them. I have provided direct services to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient, field, and residential settings.
