Hi, I’m Jess and I am so glad you are here. Sometimes there are seasons in our lives where we feel stuck or lost, like we don’t measure up to the standards set around us. We may find ourselves struggling in our relationships, or even in old patterns of behavior we can’t seem to break. If you find yourself in this space today, I am here to help. My practice provides bilingual/bicultural mental health counseling with a focus in working with Latinx adults and teens with a history of trauma. I am passionate about providing culturally responsive mental health services in English & Spanish. I specialize in helping individuals recover from sexual trauma and abusive relationships.

I firmly believe that the family is the foundation for all positive culture and society. If the married couple remains strong, the family will most likely be healthy, thus avoiding many troubles caused by separation or divorce. I long to help families become strong and healthy so that the children may feel secure and confident at home.
