I view individuals from a psychodynamic perspective (insight oriented approach that looks at past patterns and experiences and how they affect current relationships and behavior). However, I work with you based on where you are functioning and use a variety of therapeutic techniques. An effective working relationship is the most important factor in therapy and that is what we work on at the beginning of treatment and continue to assess throughout our work together.
