I have been working with children, teens, adults, and families for the past 12 years. I provide individual and family therapy for mental health and substance use needs to people age 8 through 40. I have experience treating concerns related to substance use, adjustment, stress, insight, communication and motivation. Many of my clients have diagnoses related to trauma, depression, and anxiety.

My name is Nicole Altstadt and I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). I specialize in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Trauma-informed Care and Neurobiology of Trauma. I primarily work with people who are experiencing depressive or anxious symptoms associated with traumatic experiences. In my family work, I have enjoyed working with adults and have expanded my practice to include adults.
