My focus is helping people transform long-standing roots of emotional distress, especially those resulting from difficult or traumatizing backgrounds, including diffuse and difficult to name traumas such as enmeshment and emotional neglect. I work together with clients to pinpoint the inner and outer sources of distress in their lives, develop a plan to transform this distress, and provide the tools of inner transformation, enabling them to relate to their lives with greater peace, clarity, stability and agency – aiming always for an open authenticity that is fully alive and empowered.
