I work with a wide range of people who are experiencing difficulties with various aspects of their lives, including emotional struggles (extreme moods, sadness and grief, discouragement, anxiety), relationship problems (with partners, relatives, friends, society at large), difficulties letting go of negative past experiences or patterns, and difficulties identifying or realizing desires for the future. By providing an open space in which they can speak freely, and by encouraging and sustaining their search for their own truth and desires, I work with them to facilitate the discovery of solutions and amelioration of suffering.

I am an individual and relational therapist who strives to create a safe and nurturing space for empowerment and healing. I work towards facilitating skill development that can increase self-reflection and improve the quality of relationships. I am currently not taking new clients. I bring 30+ years of experience working with a wide array of clients. I provide supportive counseling and solution focused problem solving on basic life issues. I strive to create a safe, supportive space for my clients to explore what they want to work on. I believe being heard and understood are essential to healing. I am flexible in my approach and techniques to suit a client's needs. I see individual adults 18 and older. I cannot take any Medicare or Medicaid insurances.

I offer therapy that's largely integrative, pulling from several different theories and adapting my approach to best fit the identities, needs, and style of each client. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment in which my clients can feel both supported and challenged. Having a space to share vulnerably and work on personal growth and healing is a great opportunity, but it's also very hard work! Since I ask my clients to show up vulnerably, I try to do the same, bringing my authentic self to the room. I work mostly with adults wanting to increase security in their connections & growth in their lives. I'm a trauma specialist, with specific skill helping clients navigate sexual assault and/ or abuse, childhood emotional neglect, as well as identifying and coping with the impacts of parental addictions. I support individuals transitioning towards gender and sexuality identity affirmation. I primarily utilize IFS, Somatic therapies, and EMDR to support my clients.

My ideal client is motivated to partner with me in a plan of healing and change. He/She is receptive to natural methods of healing which include stress management and nutritional awareness. This client has some awareness into the problems and is eager for more insight. Use of various methods as well as art therapy are very helpful to this persons continued desire to free themselves from unconscious blockage.

I specialize in ketamine infusions for a variety of medical and neurological condition, including chronic regional pain syndrome, and brain fog. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is offered. Our mental health team offers IV and IM ketamine injections, and oral or nasal as part of our maintenance program for the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, existential angst related to aging and medical conditions, acute suicidal ideation, treatment-resistant and major depression, mood disturbances, OCD, professional burnout, grief, and more.

I’m a certified sex therapist with extensive training in infidelity, narcissistic abuse, and antagonistic relational stress. I'm passionate about helping my clients discover their authentic selves. So many of us carry around so much guilt and shame about who we are and what we need to thrive. We spend our lives trying to convince the world that we’re worthy.
