Individual therapy for ages 18+: A lot of my clients have sought out my services because they have felt "a little lost" in life. Whether it be work stress, parenting, or relationship issues, life became overwhelming and maybe some symptoms of anxiety and depression appeared. Parenting is a difficult job under the best of circumstances. But if you are parenting a child who goes from 0-60 in less than 3 seconds, frequently asks (or begs!) you not to make him/her go to school, and the principal has you on speed dial, then your circumstances are extreme. Don't fall into the trap of thinking you "should" be able to handle it. Situations like these don't resolve themselves and seeking professional help is the best thing you can do.

Little Light Counseling is dedicated to helping children and their families live better lives. We incorporate parent education with individual and family counseling in a supportive and compassionate environment. We work with ages 7 and up, and people from all backgrounds. Our goal is to make sure anyone who needs or wants counseling can obtain services, regardless of financial circumstances. Your first session is $275 and subsequent sessions are $120.
