I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults- so folks who, for diverse reasons feel like their brains work different from most i.e. Autistic, ADHD, complex PTSD, HSP, queer, BIPOC, etc.; and those differences have limited their access to community or feeling like they're living a full life. Some common difficulties for neurodivergent adults include: chronic anxiety, feeling lonely or isolated, recurrent depression, communication difficulties, low self esteem, and general difficulty with "people-ing". Often times we lose sight of who we truly are whether it be in relationships, status, external pressures. My "style" is to reflect back who you are using socratic questioning and cognitive therapy, reprocessing deeply held trauma in the brain through EMDR therapy, and other methods of resourcing.

I most typically work directly with parents (and other adults) who are experiencing difficulties with parenting strategies, stress and anxiety, depression, and/or alcohol and substance use.
