I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I think teletherapy can be as effective as in-person therapy, and I have practiced this way for the past 4 years. I specialize in Adults with ADHD/ADD and also with Adults who have experienced Trauma. I enjoy working with Seniors although I do not take Medicare.
