Fortunately, you don't have to do it alone. We are here to help you learn tools that alleviate your stress, overcome past trauma, or achieve whatever goals you desire.
As a Black woman, I lean on multicultural feminist theory and Black Feminist Thought as theoretical lenses to work with clients in therapy and as a scholar/researcher. These specific theories guide me in educating and empowering the women I work with. I also employ a person-centered approach which focuses on providing you with a safe, judgement free space.
