**EVENING and SATURDAY HOURS** Making the decision to seek therapy is an important and personal choice. It is often difficult for us to sort out solutions to issues that on the surface seem simple, but in real life can be crippling, disorienting and sources of conflict. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, confidential space for self-exploration and healing that promotes mental wellness and empowers the client to move forward in their life. Let me help you move forward in this positive journey towards increased self-awareness and clarity of self.
My experience as a therapist in a behavioral hospital system setting, has allowed me the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients with various mental and behavioral challenges. At One Life, I offer an individual, client-centered environment that supports, encourages and empowers the client to explore and find a greater understanding of self.
I use an integrative, goal-oriented approach to therapy, which focus’ on the individual’s mental well-being, emotional challenges and unexpected life occurrences in a non-judgmental, empathic setting. A strong emphasis is placed on the client-therapist relationship as it is pivotal to the therapeutic process and its success!
