I specialize in improving family relationships. I have noticed most struggles in life are intimately tied to how we experience our relationships with self and others. The greatest joy that we can have is in our relationships.As we gain understanding of our relationships we can integrate this knowledge into improving our families and the world around us.
As a Christian and faith-based therapist, I have been able to see the benefits of integrating spiritual practices alongside therapeutic tools & techniques to aid in a grounded and more holistic healing experience.
