At my core, it is my belief that the most important part of counseling is the rapport and trust that we build in the relationship together on this journey. I currently only work with Individual Adults. I do not provide therapy services for Children / Adolescents. I also do not provide therapy services to Couples / Married Couples.
As a counselor I work from a Solution-Focused and Person-Centered approach. I also work from the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework with interventions that help identify and solve issues related to causal relationships between maladaptive thoughts, behaviors, and their consequences - all which may be negatively impacting an individual’s life.
My passion and dedication is to helping individuals develop resilience. By never giving up (being relentless), we can learn from our mistakes and setbacks to bounce back even higher than before (resilience). I am available for in-person or telehealth sessions.
