Parenting, being a teenager, and being in a relationship can be some of the most fulfilling and challenging parts of life! I specialize in helping people, who are in strained relationships or struggling with trauma and other things that are private, find a new path. Life is full of difficulties, but often underneath it all is a lack of connection and belonging. I make it safe for teens and parents, adults and couples to get unstuck and talk about the real stuff that makes it difficult to live a satisfied life and thrive.
I help Adolescents who struggle to get along with their parents, have self-harming behaviors, experimenting with drugs/alcohol, being promiscuous; Adults having anxiety, depression, having difficulty finding meaningful relationships, withdrawing or shutting down; Couples having arguments over priorities; trusting each other with vulnerability; having different parenting styles; rekindling intimacy.
I am a Clinical Fellow of the AAMFT and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
