Welcome! I am Olta Hoxha, a Baruch College graduate. I have a license in mental health counseling in the State of New York. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and take an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of my clients. I specialize in working with people who tend to shut down or are easily angered and looking for relief from daily life stress. I help my clients understand their triggers and learn new coping skills that will revitalize their healing and build inner strength.
Together we will understand you and the dynamics in your life. We will identify how you’d want those to improve and practice the methods that will get you there. I use mindfulness techniques to build inner safety and strength. My clients feel a sense of safety, connection and warmth.
