I work with clients who present with diverse clinical issues, such as depression, grief, PTSD, relationship issues and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with substance use and trauma- supporting the individual as well as the family and community impacted.
Accessing care and creating change is often blocked by fear, stigma and shame, let's move through these barriers. I have 20 years experience in the field and 15 as a therapist.
