My practice centers around creating an inclusive, safe space for profound exploration of one's inner self. I focus on addressing self-esteem issues, life transitions, codependency, anxiety, depression, and stress through a blend of therapeutic modalities. I utilize somatic experiencing and regulating the nervous system via mind body connection.

By fostering authenticity and collaboration, I empower my clients to develop a personalized set of skills essential for their healing journey through obstacles without leaving out the recognition of joys of life.
