Life is not always easy and everyone can use a little help every once in a while! I provide a sensible approach to assist a broad demographic of individuals contending with substance use, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, pregnancy and post-natal mental health concerns, other women’s issues, as well as with first responders. My clients hope to find a sense of inner peace and understanding with respect to their issues so that they can live present, full lives. You don't have to enact your vision of self-fulfillment alone.
As a career changer and new parent, I have had extensive experience with transitions and life enhancement strategies within both personal and professional sector. I am a proponent of human resilience and in each individual’s capability to self-actualize within the context of their identity.
My dynamic, integrated approach is warm, casual, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive. I incorporate elements of positive psychology, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and other modalities to cater to each client’s uniqueness.
