I offer a very personable, client-centered style therapy that thrives on the client/clinician relationship.
My experience consists of working with children, teens, and adults on managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, behavioral problems, and the effects of trauma. I am trained in Trauma Focused-CBT and EMDR and use tools from other therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
