My approach to therapy is primarily informed by DBT and RO-DBT. I'm looking forward to meeting you where you are at and getting to know you!

Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy is directed towards individuals with more over-controlled tendencies who are dealing with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, anorexia, and autism spectrum disorder to name a few. This group meets online every Wednesday from 4pm - 6pm.
