In addition to my strengths-based approach, I implement various evidence-based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My areas of focus include (but are not limited to) self-esteem, identity exploration, life transitions, values work, relational concerns, anxiety, and mood disorders. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, seeking to provide a safe space to heal and grow, for all people.
