As a certified functional medicine and trauma specialist, approaches to therapy include Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic and Behavioral Therapy techniques.
I am experienced in working with individuals and families as they adjust to major life changes due to complex medical conditions and illnesses, trauma, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, encouraging clients to return to or discover their optimal level of functioning.
