My clients can always rely on me to listen with an open mind and to provide a safe judgement free zone. I feel fulfilled when clients leave my office feeling like they were heard and understood.
I am skilled at helping guide clients through the problem solving process. If there is a problem we will find a solution; and if the solution takes time to achieve we will work at achieving it together. Small wins are always praised and increasing healthy habits is always a priority.
