Taking the leap to seek help in healing, expanding your self-awareness and pursuing positive change is incredibly brave. As a psychotherapist with a wide range of experience, I help individuals and families identify their strengths and utilize them to create a collaborative treatment plan. My areas of clinical interest include working with people struggling with trauma, anxiety, and women’s mental health, including perinatal and maternal mental health. I strive to create a safe environment where all feel welcome.
I operate from a trauma-informed and multicultural approach. Making mental health care accessible, addressing inequity, and affirming all identities are central to my values as a therapist and as a human. My goal is for clients to build psychological flexibility using evidence-based therapy approaches.
I believe in person-centered therapy that takes the specific needs and contexts of each individual into consideration. Using tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy, I partner with clients to improve daily functioning and create positive change.
