I have experience working with anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, life transitions, perfectionism, conflict resolution, poor body image, low self-esteem, workplace stress, grief and loss, and peer and relationship issues. I am an LPC and also a certified clinical trauma professional. I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT and EMDR.
