I view therapy as a means to slow down, to connect with our deepest selves, and to deconstruct and re-author the stories we tell ourselves. I embrace a willingness to not only be in the unknown, but to embrace the myriad of ways of knowing. My practice is eclectic, meaning that I draw upon many therapeutic approaches and theories.
As a therapist, I strive to create a space that feels safe to go deep. I have experience in crisis work and embrace a therapeutic lens that is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and attentive to social location.
