As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist my goal is to support individuals, couples and families navigate the uncertainties of life with compassion, confidence, humor and acceptance. My clinical experience includes working with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and stress.
Some approaches that I like to draw from in my practice include IFS, Narrative, Solution Focused and Experiential techniques.
The goal of my therapy is to help facilitate change by giving people a safe and supportive environment to recognize and gently adjust self-defeating beliefs and unhealthy patterns that prevent them from experiencing the health they deserve.
