Olivia Chanté Frazier is the founder of “Transform You,” which is a private practice specializing in exercise and nutrition-based interventions for treating mental health. I am a LPC, Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Mindset coach. I am a Georgia native and have been practicing in the mental health field since 2002. I thrive on helping others break out of unhealthy patterns to feel empowered and strong. I assist clients in learning the importance of incorporating physical movement and nutrition into their lives as a healthy coping skill to managing their mental health and overall well-being.
