I have worked as a therapist for the past decade, and work from a psychodynamic and trauma-informed perspective. I strive to provide a safe, respectful space in which to explore thoughts, feelings, dreams, and desires. I work with a range of issues, and have particular experience with anxiety, trauma, and depression; life transitions; and concerns related to identity. I have been fortunate to work with a diverse group of people, and have found a particular affinity for creative people, academics, and those passionate about their work; those who feel particularly sensitive; and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I have completed many years of post-graduate training in psychodynamic therapy, an in-depth, evidence-based approach that facilitates holistic, long-term transformation, as well as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I hope to help you to find relief from symptoms and to understand them. By gaining insight into the roots of problems, profound change is possible.
