I know what it’s like to feel both too much and not enough. I became a therapist because I do not want anyone to feel as alone as I did in my darkest moments. My areas of clinical focus are in depression and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy.
I have worked with children and adult survivors of complex trauma for over a decade and specialize in providing body-oriented trauma therapy that integrates and honors the whole person. I am passionate about helping you find your voice.
