This lead me to build my own private practice that weaves holistic and evidence-based approaches to help you heal the root-cause of symptoms.

As your guide, I wear multiple hats; I am your counselor, yoga instructor, life coach, and biggest fan! I'm here to help you create safety in your life, to explore and heal core issues, and to support you in maintaining the progress you've made.
