Are you looking to connect with a more authentic version of yourself? As a queer therapist, I want to help support you through difficult times or times of self-discovery. Life can be demanding, and I aim to empower you with what you need. That can encompass many things from developing new skills to giving you a safe space to learn more about who you are. Together we will build a place that allows for reflection, growth, and compassion. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, all of the above, or more. I will work with you to overcome them and live the fulfilling life that you want.
My practice is LGBTQIA+-celebratory, sex-positive, non-monogamy-affirming, kink-aware, and sex worker-affirming. Our lives are complex, and I make sure to acknowledge where the different parts of our lives intersect to create unique challenges. To do so, I draw from an eclectic mix of approaches in order to find the best fit for you.

Roleplaying for Social Skills and Emotions
This group uses modern therapy modalities and combines them with the fun and collaboration of tabletop role-playing games. Group members will learn to handle complex emotions, attain social skills, grow their communication and collaboration skills, and gain self-confidence. This group has two different options one for ages 13-17 and another for ages 18-25.
