We will focus on your strengths as we work together, so that you can start seeking validation from within yourself rather than from those around you. We will partner to create a life where you feel strong, independent and equipped to handle life stressors on your own.
Through the course of therapy, you will become more equipped to heal from the traumatic past, become the best version of yourself, and start living a more productive and fulfilling life. Once you address your distressing thoughts and feelings, past traumas, or long-lasting relationship challenges, you will feel empowered to forgive and move on.
Finding time to schedule therapy sessions can be difficult. I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments to help you connect with your therapist at a time that is convenient for you.
