I am a licensed clinical social worker. I utilize a variety of modalities and evidence-based practices including: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, ACT, and Mindfulness to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, weight management, hoarding behaviors, and unresolved past trauma.
My approach is always trauma informed; however, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and progress is at your pace. Whatever your concerns, we'll work together to help you feel better. Life is hard, you don’t have to struggle through it alone.
