Hello! People come to us mainly due to trauma or relationship issues. They don’t know if they want to stay, or “should” stay, and whose “fault” is it. And even after break ups they find themselves back in similar situations. Being unhappy in a relationship can cause stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, confusion, and low self esteem. Many of those we helped had already experienced trauma which made it easier to stay or recreate those relationships. We can help you heal the trauma, understand yourself and others, navigate relationship dynamics, and learn how to make decisions which lead to happier relationships and a happier you.

We combine Trauma Therapies, Couples and Family Therapy, Hypno-Meditation, Hypnosis, Reiki, Dream Analysis, Journaling, Philosophical/Socratic Inquiry, Spiritual Exploration, and more! I use Cognitive Prolonged Therapy for Trauma and PTSD. Clients get an "aha" moment by the third session! I use Energy Psychology or Hypnosis for phobias, stress, and anxiety, which allow the mind and body to relax and experience some immediate reduction of symptoms. Spiritual/Transpersonal Psychology is great for existential crisis. We are compassionate, caring, and passionate for your well-being.
