I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides services to individuals who live in the state of Oklahoma through Telehealth services. This means that you do not have to take the extra time to travel to my office! We can meet through the use of technology at your convenience! I join my clients in their healing process that addresses emotional disturbances, trauma and intergenerational issues. We take a close look at the sense of belonging, what is out of order, and we work on restoring the balance in the client's life among other things.

People seek counseling for different reasons—perhaps for a specific event like death, divorce, illness, moving, or birth. Other times, the reason is more difficult to identify. It could be a general sense of overwhelm or that something is off balance within ourselves or our important relationships. Because we are shaped by our environments and past experiences, often, and despite our best efforts, we find ourselves repeating patterns that keep us stuck and in conflict.
