My primary goal is to empower clients and help them achieve their personal growth and well-being. Children often do not have the words or the ability to tell you what is going on with them, how they feel or why they are acting the way they are. I work with children ages 12 and under who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and problem behaviors. My goal is allow them to communicate in their own way, through play, to process and resolve trauma, explore emotions and learn ways to redirect inappropriate behaviors.

I work collaboratively with individuals with OCD, anxiety, phobias, tic, and BFRBs. I provide ethical and evidence-based services by immersing myself in continuing education and training led by up-to-date research in order to provide focused care for individuals with issues in these specific areas. It takes a great deal of bravery to walk into a therapist's office -and- research says working with a therapist is essential in successfully addressing these diagnoses. Welcome! I am a counselor and supervisor based in Oklahoma, originally from Brazil. I provide counseling services in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, working with teens aged 13 and older, adults, and couples. As a Certified Sex Therapist, I work with people who come from all sorts of beliefs systems about sex. Some see sex as something just reserved for marriage while others have a more casual, open approach to their sexual relationships.
