We also specialize in holistic treatments such as massage and float therapy, yoga, professional counseling and evaluations. We partner with a psychiatrist to provide medication management via telecommunication

My experience and passion includes working with children, teens and adults who are struggling at home and in school with concerns such as acting out behaviors, sibling violence, poor relationships, attachment and also individuals, couples and families suffering from Anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, conduct disorder.

Due to the CV-19 pandemic, I'm currently using both Telehealth and in-person counselling with my clients in Oklahoma. I am currently taking new clients. My goal is for clients to finish counseling feeling heard, cared for and loved. Sometimes stress and trauma can be made worse by our own beliefs. Therapy can help identify and correct those harmful thoughts and false beliefs. Caring friends have helped my family and me to face life's biggest challenges. Remember, you can survive even the worst of times, and there is nothing too difficult for you to handle. Let's reason together and find your answers.

Reaching out for help is not a weakness or proof that something is broken. Instead, it takes courage and is rooted in hope. My passion is to tap into and foster the very hope and courage that brings people into therapy. From a family systems perspective, I work within the context of relationships such as couples, parent/child, siblings or other interpersonal relationships. I believe a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is crucial to helping others find solutions and achieve their goals.

I believe the most important aspect of a therapeutic relationship involves creating a safe space for people to process their difficulties without feeling judged, regardless of religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. I take a "person centered" approach to help people work toward their treatment goals at their own pace, helping them to lean on their own strengths and supports. I lean heavily into Internal Family Systems to help clients become aware of, understand, and accept the different parts of themselves and learn ways to integrate these parts so they can work together instead of against each other.

Things such as anxiety, sadness and even anger are experiences we all encounter that are sometimes difficult to manage. As a therapist, the work I do with clients aims to normalize their individual experience and give them the opportunity to evaluate and decide what they want to change. Change is necessary and inevitable to achieve one’s maximum potential. I also believe change should come naturally.
