I also provide neurofeedback at this time. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive approach to training our brain rhythms and can help with ADHD, depression, PTSD and peak performance issues.

I use a narrative approach to allow clients to share their story as they see it and then help them reframe to build a life that better meets their desired goals. Self-defeating behaviors created to cope with difficult situations, such as trauma, gender identity and a lack of validation, can be changed when identified and understood. I received my B.A. in Psychology from DePaul University in 2001, and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Psychology/Argosy University in 2006. My name is Allison Eddy. I am a wife and mother of 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. One of my daughter's has Down Syndrome and two of my kids struggle with dyslexia and ADHD. Like you, I have my own share of struggles. I know that it may seem like the end of the road, and I've been there. We have experienced many hardships, finding out we had a disabled child was one of the hardest days of our lives.
