Although society has encouraged us to mask or hide our true selves, my goal in counseling is to create a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their true selves and needs with openness and support. I saw how using experience, strength, hope, and empathy could bring about significant and insightful changes in a person’s way of life.

Welcome, my name is Kelly and I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. First of all, I commend your courage for coming here and seeking support. Secondly, I want you to know, I am somewhat non-traditional as I have embarked on a career in mental health and wellness a bit later in life. Mental health has been a passion of mine since I was young and with hard work, I am here and available to support you. My career started many years ago in Hotel Management, I spemt years working for The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, and, like their motto, I am at your service.

I am a professional Licensed counselor with a practice of more than 30 years. My training is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I can counsel you to lean toward "self-care; self-awareness and able to care for others. You are more capable and powerful than you might know and we can walk on that journey of discovery together.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who completed my graduate work at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their families to overcome a spectrum of Mental Health related issues.

Ms. Sara Bates is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation  trained in Trauma-Informed Care for All, Family Therapy, Perinatal Therapy, Sex-Positive Therapy, Pleasure Education and Intimacy Coaching, Couples Counseling, CBT, DBT, and IFS; treating both adolescents and adult populations.  Her clinical approach is to meet the clients where they are, by building on personal strengths and supporting them through life’s difficult challenges. She provides EAP services as a contractor, for local and federal law enforcement agencies. Reiki Master/Teacher certified, for stress relief practices and coping strategies.

Dornice Friday is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who provides online therapy sessions in Ohio, with a flexible schedule, allowing you to maintain your daily schedule, and still have time to work on prioritizing your mental health. I provide a safe space, with honest unbiased feedback so you can find healthy solutions and process your emotions without feeling invisible or overwhelmed.
