Bonnie Frye is a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than 25 years of experience. She holds a master's degree in Community Agency Counseling from Cleveland State University in Ohio. She has more than three years of experience working with adults with mental health and substance abuse concerns at the inpatient level of care. She also has experience in community mental health assessment and treatment. Bonnie has worked extensively with both individual, family and therapy groups in inpatient, outpatient and community mental health settings.

Jacob Dodson is a Licensed Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a minor in General Psychology from The Ohio State University. Jacob is currently completing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Dayton. His clinical interests include providing services to teens, young adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community dealing with depression, anxiety, stress and trauma, as well as grief/loss issues.

I am a seasoned therapist and have experience working successfully with clients of all ages. I specialize in working with kids (10+), teens, and young adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma recovery, and behavioral challenges.

People deserve an empathetic, supportive environment where they can process their feelings and make a plan to solve their problems and achieve their goals. Stress often leads to anxiety and depression which create barriers to those goals. My aim is to help clients see the strengths they have been overlooking to bring down those barriers and achieve their goals. I have a good deal of experience in counseling college and graduate students, both in a college counseling center and in private practice. I find helping young adults particularly rewarding.

We all have a story to tell. Sometimes it seems we get lost in the details and instead of being able to control how the story goes; we allow the story to detail our reality. After all, experience is a strong teacher, and it is a powerful enforcer when it comes to how individuals relate to everyday life. My goal as a counselor is to show clients how to take change into their own hands to tear down problematic scenarios and rebuild new stories that create a healthy home and atmosphere where they can reach their full potential of being a healthy, functional couple and/or family.

Alexis Smith is a Licensed Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapy Board. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Alexis is completing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Her professional interests include providing mental health services to adolescents and young adults for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Nick Rossy is a licensed Social worker with five years of mental health treatment experience. He has three years' experience with crisis & suicide hotline, two years' experience with outpatient mental health counseling. Primary theoretical approach to treatment includes elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and general mindfulness practices. He earned both a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Social Work from University of Cincinnati. He has worked in the community and crisis hotline settings and provides individual therapy for Adults and Adolescents.

I understand the exhaustion and hopelessness. The gut-punching anxiety that hits out of the blue. I know what it is like to feel lost and trapped at the same time. I decided to become a therapist after a successful academic career as a philosophy professor. I made the career change after facing and overcoming my own mental health challenges with the help of a therapist. The experience was so liberating that I wanted to share it with others.

I specialize in seeing clients who struggle with over-controlled personality types. Do you work too much? Want things to be perfect? I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who obtained my Master's of Arts in Counseling from John Carroll University in 2002. I have practiced in agency,forensic and private practice settings in Cleveland over the course of the past ten years.
