Hi there, I’m Ms. Jen! I love to partner with families like yours to help children who may be struggling with issues commonly associated with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Differences, PANS/PANDAS, mood disorders, and trauma. Parents, caregivers, and siblings are part of the therapeutic team and are supported and educated on how to go from chaos to connection using my playful, integrative approach. Using this approach takes some of the heaviness that can come from counseling away and build a sense of safety and connection within the team.

Add to these common demands the influences of ADHD, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other forms of mental illness and navigating through life can feel impossible. I work with adult under the neurodivergent umbrella (autism, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, etc) to help them learn to manage symptoms with self-compassion and acceptance. My clients usually believe they only have anxiety and depression symptoms. I work with diagnosed and undiagnosed women with ADHD.
